We recognise the contribution that our employees make to the success of our charity through a discretionary annual bonus. This isn’t based on targets or sales, but on your attendance.
Group personal pension plan
To help you save and prepare for your retirement, we offer a contributory pension scheme known as a group personal pension plan. This will be open to you when you start with us, and if you need further advice we have an independent pension advisor on hand to help.
Childcare voucher scheme
You can choose to take part of your salary in Childcare Vouchers that you can use to pay your childcare provider as well as things like holiday clubs and out of school clubs too. The scheme is available to both mums and dads and can be used to pay for a child up to the age of 15. As the value of the vouchers is tax and NI free, you could make some real savings over the year.
Cycle to work
If you choose to do your bit for the environment (and a very big bit for your health) by cycling to work, we can give you an interest-free loan to cover the cost of your bike and essential accessories like a helmet.
Death in service
In the unfortunate event of your death, this benefit will pay three times your basic salary to the people you have chosen to receive the money. This doesn’t just provide peace of mind, but can cancel out the need for separate life insurance.
