How to find our Chester Office

Our Chester offices are located at Merchants House on the corner of Crook Street and Hamilton Place, the postcode is CH1 2BE.

Merchants House is a multi-storey office building, we're located on the 2nd floor. The front entrance is through the large double wooden doors, you'll need to use the intercom service to enter through the second set of glass doors. Select StepChange from the list on the intercom service, then press the bell button to speak to request entry. The 2nd floor can be accessed by stairs or lift.

If you're travelling by train our Chester office is a 20 minute walk from the station. Exit the front entrance of the station and follow City Road until you reach the roundabout, take the second exit onto Foregate Street. Follow Foregate Street past the clock tower and Grosvenor Precinct and continue on to Eastgate Street. Walk past the Chester Cross monument and continue onto Watergate Street and then turn right after Katie's Tearoom onto Crook Street. You'll see Merchants House on your right.

If you're travelling by car there is a Park and Ride service available with a nearby drop off point at the Chester Bus Exchange. Alternatively, you can park at the Chester Market Car Park which is just a few minutes walk from the office.
