Since September 2022, StepChange has commissioned YouGov to conduct research to better understand how the increased cost of living is affecting the wider UK population.

This report highlights findings from this research from September 2022 – January 2024. The polling asks a representative sample of UK adults about their household financial situations including information about debts, credit use, and household bills.
