Our easy referral form

It's easier than ever to refer your customers to us

As part of our five-year strategy we're aiming to double the number of people we help. One of they key ways we're doing this is by introducing a range of earlier interventions to help more people before they reach crisis point. 

We've consulted with partners to create a range of new, easier ways to refer your customers to us when they need our support, available in addition to our standard warm transfer process.

The easy referral form

Our new easy referral form allows partners to offer their customers a referral to debt advice via email, SMS or a call-back at a time that suits them. To maximise engagement, we've developed a gentle follow-up communications strategy if the customer doesn't complete their debt advice session.

Our new easy referral form:

 Reduces the time it takes to make a debt advice referral
 Gives your customers a debt advice experience delivered via their channel of choice
 Offers your customers multiple chances to engage by delivering gentle reminders

How does the form work?

  • icon 4 Ask your customer for their consent and input their personal details.
  • icon 1 If they would like a digital referral, we’ll send them an email or SMS so they can get started right away and complete the end-to-end process, through to setting up a solution.
  • icon 2 If your customer would prefer to speak to an advisor at a different time you can now arrange a call back. One of our expert debt advisers will call your customer back at a time that's convenient to them.

    If you customer would prefer to speak to someone from our advice team straight away, you'll still be able to warm transfer clients via an inbound call.
