We've consulted with partners to create a range of new, easier ways to refer your customers to us when they need our support, available in addition to our standard warm transfer process.
The easy referral form
Our new easy referral form allows partners to offer their customers a referral to debt advice via email, SMS or a call-back at a time that suits them. To maximise engagement, we've developed a gentle follow-up communications strategy if the customer doesn't complete their debt advice session.
