If you have an account for online advice you would have been either:

  1. Given a personal 'web number' during your advice session on Debt Remedy.

    This is eight numbers with a 'W' at the start. You may have been asked for your web number to be sent to you by text or email.

    Please check for messages from us, including in your junk mail folder.
  2. Prompted to register an email address

    This could have been when you were online or speaking to an advisor.

    To complete your advice session, or download your personal action plan, you would have received an email from us asking you to complete your registration.

    Please click on the link in the email and follow the instructions. If the email didn't arrive, please check any junk folders.
