Our key findings from June 2020:

  • Around one in six new clients receiving full debt advice cited coronavirus as their main reason for debt
  • We are continuing to provide debt advice to a growing proportion of younger age groups
  • Between May and June, a growing proportion of telephone clients were behind on their utility bills at the time of advice
