UK-Wide: Free, confidential helpline for children and young people, aged 19 and under. Calls are answered by trained counsellors.


NSPCC

UK-Wide: The NSPCC is an independent charity aiming to protect children and prevent abuse. They have a helpline for adults concerned about the safety or welfare of a child.


Rainbow Trust

England only: Practical and emotional support for families of children with a life-threatening or terminal illness.


YoungMinds

UK-wide: YoungMinds provide a helpline for parents and carers who are worried about a child's emotional or mental health issues. They also have a free 24-hour text line service for young people to get in touch for help and support.
