We offer a graduate programme in 7 areas - Operations, HR, Marketing, Risk & Compliance, IT (Technology Services), Business Development (Charity Development) and Finance.

Before applying, choose the programme area that best suits your education, skills, interests and career ambitions so you can tailor your CV and application to their specific requirements.

To make your application the best it can be - you really need to demonstrate your passion for the charity and your chosen business area.

2. Brush up your CV

Your CV and application should explain why you think you’re the best person for the graduate programme you’re applying for, and include:

• Your degree & education
• Any work experience, your role and achievements
• Any hobbies or volunteering you’ve done
• Skills you’ve developed in other areas of your life
• Your career ambitions

3. Do your research

Find out as much as you can about us, what we do, and why we do it. On our graduate programme, you’ll get the opportunity to work on key projects that will help our clients on their journey to becoming debt free.

We’re looking for graduates who have a genuine passion for helping others, are ethically minded and motivated to help us achieve our vision. You’ll need to demonstrate this throughout the recruitment process.

4. Be prepared for your video interview

If you get through to the video interview stage of the recruitment process, here are some top tips:

• Download Microsoft Teams and test it
• Check your internet speed and that your connection is reliable
• Make sure your device is fully charged and your camera and microphone are working
• Avoid distractions and ensure you are in a quiet space
• Choose the right background setting, be professional and let your personality shine through
