When and how to make your monthly DMP payment

You need to make your DMP payment by 11:59pm on the dates below if you pay by:

  • Standing order, or
  • Bank transfer

I pay by Direct Debit. Do these dates apply to me?

No. These dates will not apply to you. Your DMP agreement will show the date your payment is taken from your bank account.

These are the dates you need to make your DMP payment by each month:

  • January: Thursday 23rd
  • February: Thursday 20th
  • March: Friday 21st
  • April: Tuesday 22nd
  • May: Wednesday 21st
  • June: Friday 20th
  • July: Wednesday 23rd
  • August: Wednesday 20th
  • September: Monday 22nd
  • October: Thursday 23rd
  • November: Thursday 20th

Can I make a DMP payment now?

Yes, you can make a payment with your debit card over the phone by calling us on 0300 303 5300. Our opening hours are Monday - Friday, 8am to 6pm.

I don’t have enough money to make a DMP payment. What should I do?

We can arrange a reduced payment if something unexpected happens and you cannot make the full DMP payment this month.

No matter how you pay, if you do not have enough money this month call us straight away.

You must call us at least three working days before we are supposed to collect it from your account. This gives us enough time to stop the money being taken.
