We're carrying out routine maintenance on our OnlineDMP tool on 8-9 May and 22-23 May. If you need to access OnlineDMP over these weekends, please be aware that it might be tricky to log into OnlineDMP at this time. Apologies for any inconvenience.

When and how to make your monthly DMP payment

If you make your debt management plan (DMP) payment by standing order or bank transfer, you need to pay by an agreed date each month.

We recommend that you make your DMP payment by direct debit, as long as you're able to make the payment on either the 1st or 10th of the month. 

If you pay by standing order or bank transfer each month you need to make your DMP payment by 11:59pm on the dates listed below.

I pay by direct debit. Do these dates apply to me?

If you pay by direct debit, these dates won't apply to you. Your DMP agreement will state the date your payment is taken from your bank account.

2021 DMP payment dates

These are the dates in 2021 you need to make your DMP payment by. You can pay anytime from the 1st of the month up until this date.

Can I make a DMP payment now? 

You can make a payment with your debit card over the phone by calling us on 0300 303 5300. Our opening hours are Mon to Fri 8am to 6pm.

I don’t have enough money to make a DMP payment. What should I do?

If something unexpected happens and you’re unable to make the full DMP payment this month, we can arrange a reduced payment.

Whether you pay by direct debit, bank transfer or standing order, if you don’t have enough money to pay this month call us straight away.

If you're unable to make your normal payment, you must call at least three working days before we’re due to collect it from your account. This gives us enough time to stop the money being requested from your account.
