Help us to promote our new campaign 'We Hear You'

Research tells us that many people who need debt advice put off getting the help they need as they’re anxious about discussing it over the phone.

To help, we’re running a new campaign ‘We Hear You’ to highlight the availability of online debt advice on our website, to ensure that more people who need debt advice are able to find it in a way that works for them.

Why choose online debt advice?

We’ve conducted client research that tell us that many people find online advice much easier to engage with than telephone advice - so far in 2019, 65% of new clients started debt advice online.

Clients who used the service tell us that it was important that they could access debt advice 24/7, and dip in and out of an advice session, while others who found it difficult to talk about their debt thought it helped them get a solution to their problem.

We want more people to know that our online debt advice tool is there and could help them start to tackle their debt problem.

How can I support the campaign?

The campaign launches on Wednesday October 16 and runs until Friday November 8, 2019.
