How do I prepare for a debt advice call?
Gather up-to-date details about your finances, including your income, outgoings and debts. Have an idea about what you spend on:
- Housing and utility bills, including council tax
- Household services
- Travel
- Food and housekeeping
- Living expenses
Additionally, collect information about your income (including benefits, pensions and tax credits), and details of your debts.
