7 Days, 7 Ways is our easy-to-use email programme that helps you take control of your finances, step by step. Written by our expert debt advisors, it's the perfect starting point in helping you to deal with debt.

Each day for a week, we will send through an email linking to practical advice that will help you figure out what you owe, which payments are priorities, and help you put together a long-term action plan.

On the MHF website you can find information on how to tackle un-managed stress, be it because of debt or any other problem you may be facing. It’s also where you can learn about ‘mindfulness’, a simple method that may help you manage stressful everyday situations and stay mentally healthy. They also have a debt stress tool that can help you identify unhealthy levels of stress in your life.
